How to create and test an online booking link
Set up your services and staff before sharing a reservation link. The link should show times your business can actually deliver, not just an empty calendar.

Complete the booking setup first
Create each service with its name, duration and price, then assign the staff who can perform it. Check their working hours and time off. Add shared rooms or equipment as resources when the service needs them.
If no times appear, review staff assignment and opening hours before generating another link. A correct URL cannot repair missing service configuration.
Copy the customer-facing booking link
Open the link-sharing area and copy your business booking link. If you choose a service-specific or staff-specific link, open it and confirm it selects the intended service or person. Do not send customers your admin-panel address.
Open the link outside your signed-in account and follow the customer journey through service, specialist, date and time. Verify that the resulting appointment appears under the right person and occupies the right amount of time.
Put the link where customers already find you
Use a clear label such as “Book an appointment” on your website or social profile. For a post about a particular service, use an appropriate service link when available. Explain how customers should request a change or cancellation.
Example message: “Choose your service, specialist and preferred available time using our booking link. Contact the business if your booking needs to change.” Adapt the wording to your actual operating policy.
Recheck availability after operational changes
When a staff member is away or a service is deactivated, open previously shared links and check the result. Keep phone bookings in the same calendar so online visitors are not offered time already promised elsewhere.
Before launch, test a normal working day, a closure, a long service near closing time and a staff member who is not assigned to the selected service. Record what needs correcting, update the setup and repeat the affected scenario.
